Fulfill your Code of Ethics requirements by Dec 31
Every REALTOR is required to obtain 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008. Choose from these two options to fulfill the requirement: Online NAR Code of Ethics training is available at realtor.org, or NYSAR’s Equal and Ethical Service for Today's Consumer (RI409) class, which also fulfills the fair housing licensing requirement. For more information on your REALTOR education requirements, click here.

Earn a national designation
In today's market you need an edge. Differentiate yourself by obtaining a national designation through NYSAR. A designation gives you the tools and information you need to specialize your service and make more money. REALTORS with a designation earn, on average, twice as much annually as those without a designation, according to a 2008 NAR survey. Click here to learn more.
